  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business discipline
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in customer service, field service or a related field within the same or similar industry
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the payment industry

Responsibilities
  • Meets financial goals and objectives (sales, operating profit, return on net assets, cash)
  • Identify, document, and implement cost-saving measures
  • Reviews EV measurements of program plans versus actual achievements, schedules, and costs
  • Identify, assess, and document project risks
  • Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership
  • Manage and document contract changes and amendments
  • Ensures that programs are managed in accordance with the contract and Cubic policies
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and quantify schedule risks
  • Conduct local program reviews and lead EMEA on reporting for key program reviews
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organization
  • Demonstrate ownership and ability to direct and drive action through direct and indirect teams
  • Leads the management, program, and cost aspects of proposals
  • Effectively manages programs within project and matrix organizations
  • Proactive resolution, accurate and timely documentation of claim or dispute related activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client, stakeholders, and key partners
  • Provide direction to sales and business development to acquire and focus resources
  • Attracts, retains, develops and supports Program Managers
  • Demonstrate strong people leadership
  • Ability to lead large teams 20+ employees
