Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, management, and implementation of Privacy Compliance projects aligned with the Data Privacy Program’s goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and transform business strategies into structured projects.
  • Oversee business requirements, solution design, development, testing, cutover, training, and communications.
  • Ensure projects meet milestones (on time, on budget, and in scope) through effective resource, issue, and risk management.
  • Communicate project activities before, during, and after completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support the adoption of privacy processes across the company.
  • Track and automate project metrics for ongoing analysis and reporting.
  • Regularly present project status and initiatives to management, escalating risks/issues and offering solutions.
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in data privacy initiatives or relevant technology products.
  • Ability to lead, take action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity and guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster collaboration.
  • Work with legal and teams to track privacy and data protection compliance throughout project lifecycles using excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, flexible, and a dedicated problem solver, with a focus on listening and learning.
  • Comfortable influencing project decisions, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes and deliver on time-bound initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Apple’s core products and operating systems, and tools like Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and project management software (Wrike/Omniplan).
  • MBA or an advanced degree.
