Requirements
- Have 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with a background in higher education or the EdTech landscape
- Work hours will be in eastern or central time zone
- Demonstrated ability to take a feature through the product lifecycle, from research and development to delivery
- Show excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex content to a range of audiences
- Be able to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities in a rapidly changing product environment
- Have an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders by fostering an environment of mutual trust
- Preferred: Experience in the following programs- Jira, Monday.com, Sisense
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Customer Focus: You will interact with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics
- Be a data-informed decision maker. You are proficient at independently reviewing and utilizing sometimes conflicting data from various sources to make decisions
- Participate in Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: You will execute on go to market launch plans as required by working works directly with internal business partners (e.g., Sales and Client Services teams)
- Are biased towards action: You will lead the execution of a product roadmap for your assigned feature area(s)
- Can demonstrate strategic, commercial, and technical acumen: You can make prioritization decisions based on our strategic and commercial goals (i.e., the why) while also being able to engage with your technical team on discovering the right approach (i.e., the how)
