Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of 9+ Medical Assistants to deliver exceptional patient care while meeting clinical objectives.
  • Partner with the Clinical Trainer to onboard new Medical Assistants and ensure thorough orientation.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback that supports professional growth.
  • Deliver ongoing training to maintain clinical competency and develop advanced skills across the team.
  • Oversee daily clinic workflows including chart preparation, visit planning, and Gaps in Care (GIC) closing processes.
  • Monitor staff adherence to clinic protocols and compliance standards while promoting best practices.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and manage workflow adjustments to maintain efficient operations.
  • Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting escalated issues to ensure uninterrupted clinic functions.
  • Drive clinic performance through key metrics, balancing patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff productivity.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Address patient concerns, care coordination issues, and referral challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Lead quality improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and care delivery.
  • Work closely with the Practice Administrator to align clinical activities with broader organizational goals.
  • Function as a liaison between staff and leadership to maintain open, transparent communication.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that emphasizes shared accountability and mutual support.
  • Initiate and champion efforts to enhance team collaboration and care coordination.
