- Keep the supervisor or duty manager informed and notify them about low-running supplies.
- Communicate with hotel staff.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients, guests, managers, and hotel staff.
- Take on additional duties when the team needs support.
- Basic maintenance certification or accreditation.
