Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Business, or Communications preferred
  • 2-4 years experience in an HR role
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors and/or Kronos preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills
Responsibilities
  • Implements and maintains new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • Coordinates the employee onboarding process
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to benefits open enrollment, training and development, employee communications, and employee engagement
  • Collaborates with other HR team members and operations leaders on implementing innovative and inclusive employee engagement strategies
  • Implement HR interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management
  • Provides back-up support to HR Business Partners
  • Set-up and track relevant metrics and KPI's to drive business results
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
