Inside Sales Representative, Field Sales Support

We are looking for our next colleague to join our Field Sales Support team. In this role, you will provide critical sales support across both the Channel team and the Field Sales organization, with a primary focus on Milestone Care renewals, partner onboarding, and end customer engagement.
This is a sales support function, designed to reduce administrative burden on the field teams and maximize pipeline coverage through proactive outreach and engagement.

The Inside Sales Representative will join our Field Sales Support team. As part of this team, you will work alongside friendly colleagues who are focused on driving revenue through Care renewal pipeline management, partner onboarding, and end customer outreach.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support both Channel Partners and Field Sales teams with activities that increase Care renewal rates and strengthen customer engagement.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of both active and expired Care agreements within your assigned territory or account base.
- Educate partners on the benefits of Milestone Care and help them position these effectively to end customers.
- Conduct end customer outreach to discuss expiring or expired Care agreements, identify needs, and route leads to appropriate sales teams.
- Onboard new Partners applying to our Partner Program.
- Collaborate with both the Channel and Field Sales teams to identify gaps in coverage and accelerate partner and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, and pipeline records in Salesforce, ensuring high-quality data.
What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:
- Engage both Channel Partners and End Customers on topics related to Care renewals, partner program value, and account status.
- Create quotes for Channel Partners and support quoting for Field Sales as needed.
- Complete partner discovery and onboarding forms in Salesforce and support basic assessment steps.
- Re-engage existing partners that are no longer transacting and pass qualified interest to Channel Management.
- Collaborate with Field Sales to identify end-user accounts with expiring Care or strategic potential.
- Conduct daily outbound outreach (calls, emails) to resellers and end customers around Care renewals and open opportunities.
- Capture all relevant activities in Salesforce with attention to detail, next steps, and clear outcomes.
- Manage the team inbox to route inquiries and requests appropriately.
What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not strictly necessary
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience (inbound or outbound). Experience with outbound outreach is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both channel partners and end customers.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong preference is for candidates to be on the East coast (no relocation will be provided)

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $65,000 to $75,000. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
