As a Senior Product Designer focussed on Product Growth, you’ll research opportunities and design experiments to understand how to effectively connect people with our product value, identify growth levers, and drive business impact. We’re striving to find the right balance between user needs and business goals, and create a personalised engaging experience for all people who start using our platform, help them achieve aha-moment and turn it into a habit-formatting experience. By applying data-informed behavioural design, the hooked model, and user engagement mechanics to design solutions, you will be able to see and measure the impact of your solutions.

You will gain a deep understanding of our various customer segments and their jobs to be done so you can design optimal user experiences that educate and engage our users across all product surfaces. While working within the Product org., you will also develop partnerships with cross-functional teams across Data Science, Marketing, Growth, and Engineering. In this high-impact role, you will:

• Design across multiple product surfaces: Native mobile, web, and embedded experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Data Science to identify opportunities for growth.
• Partner with Product Managers to create discovery plans, conduct user research, synthesize insights and define product strategy.
• Advocate for the user and inspire the team to go beyond the status quo.
• Design experiments to learn how to increase product engagement and user retention.
• Iterate with an emphasis on user delight, impact, and learning.

About you

• You have 4–5 years of experience shipping products people love.
• You understand how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users.
• You have strong business literacy and can demonstrate how your work drives tangible business results.
• You are a master of the craft—specifically interaction, storytelling and visual design.
• You leverage data insights to develop hypotheses and inform design decisions.
• You can demonstrate product thinking; problem-solving, goal setting, and prioritization.
• You can understand a business’ growth and product strategy and can be an active contributor in determining a long-term path to achieving our key business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• This role requires an expert knowledge of engagement mechanics, behavioural design techniques and high level of interaction design skills to lead and shape our product at a fast-moving pace whilst maintaining a high bar of product quality.
• Prior experience with Product/Growth, Platform and/or SaaS B2C2B / B2B models is a big plus.
