  • Design across multiple product surfaces: Native mobile, web, and embedded experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Data Science to identify opportunities for growth
  • Partner with Product Managers to create discovery plans, conduct user research, synthesize insights and define product strategy
  • Advocate for the user and inspire the team to go beyond the status quo
  • Design experiments to learn how to increase product engagement and user retention
  • Iterate with an emphasis on user delight, impact, and learning
  • You have 4-5 years of experience shipping products people love
  • You understand how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users
  • You have strong business literacy and can demonstrate how your work drives tangible business results
  • You are a master of the craft-specifically interaction, storytelling and visual design
  • You leverage data insights to develop hypotheses and inform design decisions
  • You can demonstrate product thinking; problem-solving, goal setting, and prioritization
  • You can understand a business' growth and product strategy and can be an active contributor in determining a long-term path to achieving our key business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
  • This role requires an expert knowledge of engagement mechanics, behavioural design techniques and high level of interaction design skills to lead and shape our product at a fast-moving pace whilst maintaining a high bar of product quality
  • Prior experience with Product/Growth, Platform and/or SaaS B2C2B / B2B models is a big plus
