Requirements
  • You have a strong foundation in new product introduction, supply chain, and product lifecycle management
  • You love making customers' and users' jobs easier by solving problems. Your customers are number one even when they don't necessarily know what they need
  • You enjoy reading between the lines to figure out the problem, and then implementing the best solution. You bring out your inner detective to think through the edge cases so that we get it right the first time!
  • You can communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and make trades to determine what features, bugs, and problems should be fixed in what order
  • A deep excitement to learn and an aptitude for working on multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced environment
  • Project management skills including managing timelines, scopes, business expectations, and deliverables
Responsibilities
  • Work with Zipliners globally; get to know your customers and understand how their business processes can be improved to be more scalable or efficient
  • Bring improvements to life by developing use-cases and business requirements for changes to our Product Lifecycle Management system
  • Be the liaison with our technology partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications to execute the product roadmap
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure we ship quality, bug-free products
  • Make change management seamless by creating training materials, assisting end users on updated system configurations, and owning product communication
  • Be the author of training guides to help expand knowledge adoption and overall documentation
  • Maintain and validate data quality through ongoing data audits and eliminate process gaps that contribute to bad data
  • Analyze application solutions, while making recommendations for design improvements and strategic roadmaps
