PATH is seeking skilled professionals interested in helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Human Resources team as the Benefits Specialist at our Madison Ave location in Los Angeles.

Assist employees with complex issues and resolves with providers, when needed.

Processes National Medical Support Notices.

Assist with payroll premium deduction reconciliation.

Reconciles monthly provider statements and invoices.

Process manual enrollments, occasionally

Assists with benefits premium collection for employees on Leave of Absence/Workers Comp.

Conducts regular system and vendor audits to ensure data integrity. Works with TPA to resolve issues, when necessary.

Assist with annual 403b audit, as needed.

403(b) Funding and reconciliation.

Create and provide Benefits reports, as needed.

Assist with company Wellness events.

Assist with annual Open Enrollments.

Provides assistance to other members of the team, as needed.

Provides interpretations of policies & procedures to employees and managers.

FLEXIBLE WORK
We are a California employer. Therefore, all regular and customary work must be performed within the state. Approval for work outside of the office, does not establish approval for work to be conducted outside of California.
