EverCommerce shares volatile as analysts debate path to $12 target on $130M cash flow

EverCommerce shares are trading around $10.15, down more than 12% year-to-date despite a 13.41% gain over the past year. Canaccord maintains a Buy rating with a $12 price target, whilst Goldman Sachs holds a Sell rating at $8. The Street consensus sits at $12.12. Canaccord's bullish stance centres on cash generation, citing $130 million in trailing-12-month adjusted unlevered free cash flow with 20% margins. The firm argues the market is overlooking this efficiency whilst focusing on revenue declines driven by divestitures rather than core business weakness. EverCommerce reported Q4 revenue above guidance, with subscription and transaction revenue growing 4.7% year-over-year. The company maintains 96% recurring revenue and serves over 745,000 SMB customers. Recent AI initiatives include the ZyraTalk acquisition and EverHealth Scribe platform.
