What is the role?
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate, Project Management to join our team. This role will not be focused on delivery, but instead will be responsible for the client operations for one of our largest global pharmaceutical accounts - building relationships with key stakeholders on a global level, managing workstreams, developing and running training, and ensuring adherence to processes and guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all internal and external communications related to systems onboarding.
- Processing systems onboarding tickets efficiently through the Client tool.
- Managing systems troubleshooting and escalation.
- Supporting global markets with training and access to tools and platforms.
- Organising internal/external team trackers, documents, and guidelines
- Update the internal knowledge hub (SharePoint) and facilitate communications to the IPG Health network regarding news and materials pertinent to the client.
- Support Operations lead, and other stakeholders in ad-hoc operational initiatives.
- Support as an additional point of escalation for agency leadership, ensuring adherence to client processes and assisting in troubleshooting agency concerns within established procedures.
- Document and manage all client and internal files in an organized manner.
Who are you?
- Strong project management experience ideally within health/medical comms.
- An interest in building a career within operations.
- Experience working in a comms agency.
- Working on global projects across multiple teams.
- A good team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience would be ideal in:
- A wide variety of health PR campaigns.
- Client operations

We currently work on a hybrid basis and require twice a week in the office. Although our preference would be to work from our London office, we are open to candidates located across any of our European offices.
