  • Ensure tight alignment between Life Sciences data products and Arcadia’s core platform roadmap

  • Ensure LS-facing insights accurately reflect underlying data models and stand up to external customer and partner scrutiny
  • Ensure analytics and insight work is explicitly oriented toward product definition and revenue enablement, not standalone research
  • Develop repeatable insight frameworks that clearly communicate where Arcadia’s data is strongest by therapeutic area and use case
  • Personally support the most strategic enterprise deals and partnerships as the senior data and analytics authority, especially in late-stage sales cycles
  • Own executive accountability for Life Sciences data pricing and packaging strategy, in close partnership with Commercial and Finance
  • Ground pricing, tiering, and premium SKU decisions in data depth, differentiation, and demonstrated customer value
  • Help shift Life Sciences selling from bespoke analysis toward productized, value-based offerings with strong pricing discipline
  • Build and lead a high-performing Life Sciences data product and analytics organization, including direct and dotted-line leadership across teams
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, KPIs, and prioritization frameworks tied directly to revenue and growth outcomes
  • Serve as a connective executive across Product, Data, Ops, Legal, and Commercial teams to prevent execution gaps
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience scaling data or analytics products in a SaaS or platform-based business
  • Familiarity with data marketplaces, channel partnerships, and enterprise licensing models
  • Experience translating internal analytics or dashboards into externally facing, customer-ready products
  • Experience partnering with legal and compliance teams on data-use rights and governance
