  • Residency in the Bay Area
  • complex solution selling experience
  • sales experience in infrastructure, data storage, cloud, hybrid cloud, or data management
  • minimum of 3 years inside sales experience or 2 years outside sales experience
  • proven track record of sourcing new leads
  • consistent track record of achieving annual targets/goals
  • experience supporting sales campaigns using outcome and solution selling techniques
  • proficient user of Salesforce and other MS Office tools
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • New business acquisition to drive revenue growth
  • partner and support alongside Client Executive to identify, target, and acquire new accounts
  • proactively prospect and engage potential clients through various channels
  • document progress through use of CRM and build pipeline with partners
  • ensure the outcomes for success is closing new business
  • build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators
  • utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
  • stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
  • ongoing self-education to gain knowledge of Hitachi Vantara Products and offerings
