- Lead the day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, payroll, job cost, and general ledger
- Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
- Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
- Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors or tax advisors
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support business decisions
