Responsibilities
  • Develop compliant relationships with healthcare providers across multiple specialties and account types, including integrated delivery networks, health systems, and community clinics, by understanding their needs and sharing accurate, balanced information about the company’s products and solutions.
  • Facilitate clinical dialogue, encourage customers to act on behalf of patients, engage the entire account, identify obstacles, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify shared priorities and use account knowledge and tactics to develop a territory business plan that drives product demand and meets the needs of key partners and patients.
  • Use knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape for account selling, including provider offices and health systems and how decisions are made across these settings.
  • Manage the territory with accountability and ownership of results while remaining compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Deliver product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources and following company training and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and other teams to support customer needs.
  • Gather and share customer insights, feedback, and questions to help improve service to providers and patients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account and territory strategy to maximize internal and external knowledge of product and service access.
  • Aggregate customer and market data and insights to apply multiple channels to selling engagements.
  • Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers and accounts in alignment with the strategic plan.

Invivyd appoints Harvard epidemiologist Michael Mina as chief medical officer

Invivyd has appointed Michael Mina, M.D., Ph.D., as Chief Medical Officer. Dr Mina is a former assistant professor of epidemiology, immunology and infectious disease at Harvard T.H.
