  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering or similar
  • Experience with all parts of the software lifecycle (from planning to deployment) and/or software quality assurance programs and testing
  • Expertise in unit and integration testing
  • Experience in developing and implementing software quality programs
  • Experience with linting, static analysis, and code standardization
  • Familiarity with standard quality procedures
  • Fluency in Python

Responsibilities
  • Developing Software Quality Assurance procedures and managing their rollout to the team
  • Ensuring code quality and alignment with software requirements
  • Back-fitting and maintaining company-wide code standardization as well as defining and implementing code testing plans
  • Identify possible improvements to processes, tools and CI/CD workflows and implement them
  • Building tools to audit Oklo code repositories for their compliance with expected QA standards
  • Designing and implementing software release procedures and artifact retention policies
  • Developing and maintaining versioned code documentation sites
  • Supporting system-wide canary tests
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in growing small software organizations
  • Familiarity with nuclear quality assurance frameworks
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools or platforms (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, etc.)
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Podman, etc.)
  • Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD
  • A passion for building clean documentation for readers of varying technical depth
  • Knowledge of Jira or another project management software
