• 8-hour workday with overtime as needed.
• Rate of pay begins at $24.34 per hour, increases based on individual performance, your gained knowledge determines when you get a pay increase. No top-out pay.

What you'll do:
• Use precision measuring as: micrometer, depth gauge, etc. and record checks.
• Align punches with dies, adjust stroke and draw pressure; install or adjust associated attachments such as feed mechanisms and any sub-assembly associated with the setup.
• Setup, maintain and adjust threaders and luggers, compo ovens; remove and install tooling, guides, chutes, etc.
• Diagnose reasons for production failures, report findings to supervision, make necessary repairs associated with maintenance or setup or may advise and assist personnel from the tool room, electrical, machine repair and maintenance in making necessary repairs.

What you'll need to have:
• 3-5 years proven mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment or proven experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, belts and pulleys.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven mechanical aptitude.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
