Responsibilities
  • Answering application (chemistry) / method development questions
  • Answering service-related questions using troubleshooting methods derived from training, experience, and knowledge
  • Developing, implementing and teaching all customer training courses
  • Responsible for training Sales Representatives and OEM accounts
  • Interaction with Research and Development, Manufacturing and Quality Control to relay problems and offer possible solutions
  • Initiate and/or process RMA, Cases, Work Orders to accurately track Service.
  • Furnish customers with written quotations for Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for achieving technical support's quality and productivity measurements.
  • Maintain product knowledge.
  • Analyze customer service-related information and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to customer service challenges, and to identify opportunities to improve customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to add value beyond problem resolution to relevant business areas (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Production, Engineering, etc.).
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.
