Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a B2B Marketing Operations role
  • Strong communication skills to effectively disseminate priorities and strategy to different functions across the company
  • Experience in project management tools like Monday, Asana, Jira, etc
  • HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent marketing platform expertise (admin experience required)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, BI Tools, lead routing, and ABX platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to take ownership of managed initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and technical capability with an innate desire to improve processes
  • Ability to adapt in high-growth, innovative, and fast-paced environments
  • Ambitious self-starter and team player who's comfortable with ambiguity
  • A team-player mindset. You're always looking out for others and believe that everyone should be aligned with the vision of the company
  • Expert knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Slides and Docs
Responsibilities
  • Implement tools and processes that allow the marketing team to operate efficiently and effectively and achieve our team's and company's strategic goals at scale
  • Build and maintain the marketing technology stack, with a focus on constant optimization and improvement to meet the needs of the company
  • Implement effective and efficient campaign tracking, lead management, and analytics models and processes
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, intent platforms, chatbot, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Own vendor relationships for all tools in the marketing tech stack, external marketing operations consultants and agencies, and champion all initiatives involving marketing technology
  • Maintain a clean database and ensure full compliance with security and privacy requirements for data and access reviews
  • Create and maintain metrics dashboard on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business/pipeline impact
  • Develop operational processes for the marketing operations function and implement processes for handling new projects and requests
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience within edtech and/or marketing directly to K-12 district decision-makers and influencers is a plus. Background as a classroom educator and/or school administrator is a bonus
