Requirements
  • At least 10 years of healthcare sales experience with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at hospitals, health systems, or integrated delivery networks.
  • Direct experience selling to access center, care management, quality, or patient experience leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to run six- to twelve-month enterprise sales cycles involving IT security, compliance, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Quota performance demonstrated through consistent attainment or overachievement in a healthcare-facing sales role.
  • Ability to build a pipeline independently in a market and product that are still being defined.
Responsibilities
  • Build and run a full-cycle pipeline of hospitals, integrated delivery networks, and health system-owned medical groups from initial outreach through signed contract.
  • Sell to access center, care management, quality, and patient experience leaders, and involve chief financial officers and chief operating officers in developing the financial case.
  • Translate operating costs, including call center staffing, missed screening outreach, and gaps in post-discharge follow-up, into a quantified case for agentic artificial intelligence.
  • Run structured pilot or Proof of Performance engagements with prospective health system clients, define success metrics, manage the internal champion, and convert engagements into signed statements of work.
  • Navigate health system procurement, including IT security review, compliance and legal sign-off, and clinical and operational stakeholder buy-in.
  • Build and maintain territory strategy across the assigned health system market.
  • Maintain a clean, current, and accurate pipeline for weekly sales review.
  • Provide field intelligence from health system accounts to product and clinical teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a healthcare technology, care management, patient engagement, or clinical process outsourcing company.
  • Existing relationships with health system access center, care management, or quality leadership in the target geography.
  • Familiarity with call center operations, patient outreach campaigns, or population health workflows inside a delivery system.
  • Experience selling a solution that changed clinical or operational workflow rather than merely adding a technology license.

Quadrivia AI develops Qu, a clinician-designed AI assistant that augments healthcare capacity by automating routine admin and clinical tasks such as appointments, chronic care follow-ups, and patient outreach. It also supports clinical reasoning tasks like history-taking, hypothesis generation, investigations, and treatment planning, integrated with patient records under clinician control. The platform differentiates fast procedural work from deeper analytical tasks and emphasizes safety, customization, and NHS-compliant privacy to keep complex cases in human hands. Its goal is to expand clinical capacity and efficiency for providers, payers, pharma, and health-tech startups while ensuring data security and clinician oversight.

What believers are saying

  • Website says Q runs inside organizations across the US and UK in July 2026.
  • July 2026 site claims 20,000 live interactions and 99.96% clinical accuracy.
  • 2026 hiring for sales roles signals commercialization beyond beta.

What critics are saying

  • Built on Ali Parsa's Babylon brand; Babylon's collapse still shadows trust with buyers.
  • Qu lacks public FDA clearance, and HITRUST r2 remains in progress in July 2026.
  • A serious safety event inside an NHS or US health system ends adoption overnight.

What makes Quadrivia unique

  • Ali Parsa brings Babylon-scale digital health distribution and operational scars.
  • Quadrivia runs a hybrid clinician-managed service, not a standalone software widget.
  • Qu integrates EHR writes, real-time voice, and 20 safety guard agents.
