Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Centralized Load Control, ramp staff, and cargo teams to support safe and timely flight departures.
  • Calculate estimated zero fuel weight and transmit it to flight dispatch.
  • Prepare and review flight documentation, including checklists, logs, and UCM telexes.
  • Verify cargo documents and loading instructions, and notify teams of errors or updates.
  • Communicate last-minute changes to the cockpit crew and adjust load sheets accordingly.
  • Track and report weight discrepancies or fuel impacts that affect zero fuel weight.
  • Uphold safety standards and loading principles based on load category and flight destination.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow airline-specific and regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Aviation experience or at least three months of customer service experience.
