RVO Health is looking for a Director of Product, Medicare Platform to improve how seniors find and select their Medicare plans. 

88% of seniors report that they find enrolling in a Medicare plan to be confusing and overwhelming. Our mission is to leverage capabilities to provide clarity, create confidence, and ultimately help seniors find the right coverage for their individual health and financial needs.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and delivering a vision for how digital capabilities can enable seniors to better research, compare, and enroll in the right Medicare plan for them. You’ll collaborate with a motivated, data-driven team across business, clinical, engineering, data, and creative functions to launch new products, improve capabilities, and rapidly iterate.

Where You’ll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Product Vision: Develop the strategic product vision to create value for Medicare seniors by helping address unmet consumer pain points with existing and new capabilities.
• Product Design: Champion the strategy and direction for a consumer-centric design approach for the Medicare audience, working with creative teams to bring this vision to life.
• Product Research: Conduct user research and competitive landscape analyses to inform product vision, strategies and roadmaps with a focus on differentiation.
• Product Development: Lead product development, inclusive of creative problem-solving with engineers and data teams to bring forth a more personalized experience leveraging user-inputted and inferred data sets.

What We’re Looking For

• Visionary product builder with a deep understanding of consumer needs, behaviors, and preferences in the digital health and/or Medicare space.
• A true growth-stage leader - one who loves that every day is different where no task is too small; an entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, and resourceful
• 3+ years of successful product management experience with significant involvement working with engineering, data, creative, and marketing teams
• Ability to drive thought leadership in product design based on what will best resonate with consumers.
• Experience leveraging data to personalize consumer experiences in value-added ways (e.g., collecting inputs from the user, leveraging additional data sources, etc.)
• Willingness to collaborate with business leadership to challenge and align on business and financial objectives and KPIs that then fuel the product strategy
• Ability to be an active and collaborative thought partner

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $146,250 - $220,000
