  • 2+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales development, account development, or account executive

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential land opportunities within our PLG customer base and new logos
  • Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, networking events, and other channels to establish rapport and create sales opportunities
  • Understand the unique needs of each prospect and tailor our offerings to meet their specific requirements. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations on collaboration strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Manage and update prospect and client information in our system of record. Monitor the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and prioritize activities to achieve sales quotas
