Requirements
  • B.S. or M.S. in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of advanced therapy, life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech experience
  • 6 years of managing high-performing teams
  • 4 years business development, lead generation, or sales experience
  • Experience translating client visions to set the direction, frame the project, provide clarity to direct reports and client, and deliver results
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless reasonable accommodations are granted
Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders
  • Provide strategy and industry expertise in key engineering and manufacturing projects
  • Drive and/or support business development initiatives
  • Manage resource allocation for a given market(s)
  • Represent the organization in alignment with its values
  • Attend and represent the company at networking events
  • Cultivate relationships within and outside of client project teams
  • Execute networking or philanthropic initiatives with client participation
  • Support strategic creation of business development tools
  • Lead initiatives and projects by ensuring team members understand goals and responsibilities
  • Lead project direction and strategy based on client vision with minimal oversight
  • Provide resource planning and define project objectives
  • Drive efficiency through team member utilization
  • Mentor, train, and coach team members in client engagement, relationship management, and leadership
  • Ensure successful account management and growth
  • Develop strategies for the success of the service line or market target
  • Provide forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for service line or market target
  • Support recruitment and talent identification
  • Anticipate, communicate, and successfully implement change in alignment with strategic goals and initiatives
  • Consider multiple options and choose the most appropriate solution
  • Identify and progress in an ambiguous, complex, innovative, and constantly changing environment
  • Create partnerships, build trust, hold team members accountable, and develop their strengths
