- Update customer information and policy files to ensure data integrity.
- Use agency technology and carrier systems to process transactions efficiently.
- Draft and send customer correspondence as needed.
- Support Account Managers and other team members with service-related activities.
- Assist with additional administrative and service responsibilities as assigned.

Leavitt Group, a national insurance brokerage, recently partnered with Operation Conquer Hunger to package meals for individuals and families experiencing food insecurity during the Leavitt Group Partners Conference in Salt Lake City. Insurance agency co-owners and leaders from across Leavitt Group's network packaged 69,384 meals during the service project, supporting local hunger relief efforts. "We are incredibly grateful for Leavitt Group's partnership and the impact their team made during this service project," said Cheryle Mounteer, director of Operation Conquer Hunger. "Together, we helped provide nearly 70,000 meals to those in need." The meal-packing event was conducted through Operation Conquer Hunger, an initiative supported by Utah-based health and wellness company MTN OPS. Mounteer said the meals will be distributed to individuals and families in the Salt Lake area through Operation Conquer Hunger's community partnerships. The deal expands Leavitt Group's employee benefits capabilities across the United States. Founded in 1976, FBMC specialises in employee benefits for private and public sector clients. David Faulkenberry will continue as CEO, whilst Rick Farris has been elevated to president. Both will serve as agency co-owners.
