  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Service Cloud configuration and customization
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Lightning App Builder
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and API integration tools is preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles is desirable
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Service Cloud to meet business needs and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and implement solutions within Salesforce
  • Design and implement automation workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and custom objects to streamline operations and improve data accuracy
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance, customer trends, and operational metrics
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support to drive adoption and proficiency in Salesforce across the organization
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications as needed
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
