Responsibilities
  • Carrying out client meetings - these can vary from pitching potential business to responding to campaign briefs.
  • Create proposals for clients, discussing customers' needs and how our brands and products can help them reach their goals.
  • Communicate with clients at the end of their campaign to make relevant suggestions for Future campaign opportunities.
  • Maintain and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly projects to share with team members and partners, and possible use in future case studies or training.
  • Resolve client issues, complaints, and objections.
  • Expand existing relationships and produce new sales leads through prospecting.
  • Maximise profit by up-selling or cross-selling Future products and brands.
  • Perform ongoing market research.
  • Create a strategy for your role together with your manager and agree on monthly goals.
