Requirements
  • AS/AA degree (or equivalent) with related industry certifications (e.g. ITILv3)
  • approximately 6 years of experience in a related field
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email, and proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools
  • Work shall be conducted at the CONUS/OCONUS Seattle, WA location
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • All staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization (Employment Authorization) by the U.S. Government Security Office
  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least three years of work experience in help desk tasks such as troubleshooting hardware, software and other computer operating systems
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
  • U.S. Citizenship required (duplicated in earlier item)
  • Ability to communicate effectively to support a wide range of services across the Department
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to staff responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications deployed under this contract
  • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software across PC and Mac systems and printer problems
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes and reviews; summarize issues and findings clearly
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Work with a variety of IT systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; strong presentation skills and ability to communicate orally and in writing to support standard services across the Department
