Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of biddable media experience, with a focus on Social planning, activation, operations, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience working in platforms such as Meta/Tiktok/Pinterest Ads Manager, etc
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Proficient-to-Advanced Excel Expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ad tech platforms, manual bidding platforms, APIs, etc.
  • Excellent relationship building, diplomacy, and decision making skills with ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
Responsibilities
  • Manage paid social campaigns while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues
  • Act as lead for Campaign Managers, support queries and communicate activation best practices
  • Liaison with Planning/Strategy teams to ensure accuracy in media execution
  • Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.
  • Work with internal teams to provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that align with campaign KPIs
  • Traffic all creatives into platform and set up campaigns prior to launch date
  • Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms and analytic tools
  • Analyze campaign performance and make strategic investment and tactical media optimizations
  • Develop insights based on campaign performance reporting
  • Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's
