Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing program management, project management, communications, or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, or other recurring communications programs.
  • Experience coordinating marketing content through review, approval, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high-volume communications and operational programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable communications.
  • Comfort operating in environments where programs, processes, and priorities continue to evolve.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of recurring partner communications, including monthly global and regional partner newsletters, persona-specific newsletters, and ad hoc communications to partner contact databases.
  • Manage communications calendars, timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and deployment.
  • Coordinate content development with internal subject matter experts, creative teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and quality-assure communications for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage audience segmentation and distribution requirements for partner communications.
  • Support the development of go-to-market materials, presentations, training assets, partner communications, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure communications and deliverables meet company brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate regular content for partner-facing social channels and maintain social publishing calendars.
  • Draft, review, test, and coordinate approval of social content.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve engagement and optimize content performance.
  • Support reporting and recommendations based on social engagement and campaign performance.
  • Set up, quality-assure, proof, and coordinate deployment of email campaigns.
  • Support audience definition, segmentation, content development, testing, approvals, and campaign deployment.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate with marketing technology or operations teams.
  • Own program management and communications supporting partner marketing funds and incentive programs.
  • Coordinate communications related to program launches, application cycles, program changes, deadlines, approvals, payments, and other partner milestones.
  • Translate complex program information into clear, actionable communications for partners and internal teams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day communications and operational requests.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, systems teams, operations teams, agencies, and other partners.
  • Identify communication or experience gaps and coordinate solutions across teams.
  • Develop and execute training and enablement plans for internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate speakers, content, materials, scheduling, and logistics for program training.
  • Create and maintain presentations, reference materials, frequently asked questions, knowledge-base content, and other enablement assets.
  • Serve as a partner marketing incentive support resource for partner questions, requests, and tickets.
  • Manage escalations and drive issues toward timely resolution.
  • Identify recurring partner questions or challenges and work with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.
  • Train and enable additional support teams as programs launch or change.
  • Support the design, documentation, and optimization of partner program processes, including application cycles, approval workflows, program updates, payout and incentive workflows, escalation paths, and stakeholder handoffs.
  • Track service-level agreements, dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement scalable solutions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of partner-support knowledge bases and process documentation.
  • Assist with configuration and ongoing maintenance of incentive or partner program tools and administrative portals.
  • Partner with systems and incentive operations teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve operational gaps.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting partner, channel, ecosystem, or business-to-business marketing programs.
  • Experience with partner incentives, marketing development funds, co-marketing, or similar partner programs.
  • Experience with Marketo or another marketing automation platform.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email troubleshooting or editing.
  • Experience with social content development and publishing, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience creating training materials, presentations, frequently asked questions, process documentation, and knowledge-base content.
  • Experience working within complex global or enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, customer relationship management, ticketing, or partner-management platforms.
