Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test cases and reports for Litmus OEM products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and customer use cases and pain points
Able to evaluate products and find ways to improve performance
Able to recommend improvements for the newly developed feature within release cycle
Able to gather feedback from various internal teams to improve stability of the product
Work closely with the Development Team and track planned mitigation and releases for identified issues with Product team
Able to gather and analyze customer feedback
Able to generate reports that show the progress of the initiative
Able to create reports and presentations about product data findings
