Requirements
  • A DEC or university degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in technical support, customer support, or an operations-related role is required.
  • Excellent proficiency in Salesforce is required; super-user experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Claude and automation platforms is required.
  • Excellent proficiency with the Windows environment, Google Workspace, and office productivity tools is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement abilities are required.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is required.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain the tools used by the Technical Support team.
  • Document, update, and communicate the department's operating procedures.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing processes and work methods.
  • Make recommendations to improve the team's operational performance.
  • Compile, analyze, and present individual and departmental performance indicators.
  • Populate and maintain operational dashboards.
  • Prepare forecasts for call and email volumes and staffing needs.
  • Contribute to budget planning and performance-indicator monitoring.
  • Participate in the department's ISO, quality, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Participate actively in interdepartmental meetings.
  • Train and support new employees on procedures, tools, and systems.
  • Provide operational support to the team by answering calls and emails when necessary.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience as a Salesforce super-user is an important asset.
  • Experience with generative artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Claude and automation platforms is desirable.
