Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Has experience with 3D printing or elastomeric materials development
- Ability to work full-time (40hrs/week) onsite
- Experience with standard laboratory techniques, including weighing, and mixing
- Available for a 12 week internship
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Formulate new materials and perform testing to evaluate their performance
- Conduct literature reviews to gather relevant data and information
- Utilize advanced statistical tools to structure studies and analyze data
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize formulations and troubleshoot any issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results
- Assist with the preparation of technical reports and presentations
