Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Has experience with 3D printing or elastomeric materials development
  • Ability to work full-time (40hrs/week) onsite
  • Experience with standard laboratory techniques, including weighing, and mixing
  • Available for a 12 week internship
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Formulate new materials and perform testing to evaluate their performance
  • Conduct literature reviews to gather relevant data and information
  • Utilize advanced statistical tools to structure studies and analyze data
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize formulations and troubleshoot any issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results
  • Assist with the preparation of technical reports and presentations
