- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
- Proficient in Excel - including the use of formulas & pivot tables
- Experience with UKG BI is preferred and basic report writing in UKG BI is a plus
- Must be self-driven and able to work autonomously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work cross-functionally to partner on projects and activities tied to key business objectives
- Supporting data management and integrity for the People Ops team
- Supporting ongoing reporting & dashboarding for the broader People team & business leaders
- Acting as a key contributor during annual compensation review cycles
- Conducting regular internal audits within Angi’s HRIS to validate consistency and accuracy across people data
- Participating in the ongoing development and administration of compensation programs
