Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare, legal, or compliance setting is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook, are required.
  • The ability to learn specialized databases such as Midas is required.
Responsibilities
  • Enter incident reports and safety events into designated databases such as Midas.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets related to subpoenas, recalls, safety incidents, grievances, and high-risk cases.
  • Organize and track correspondence with regulatory agencies, insurers, and defense counsel.
  • File, print, scan, and distribute risk management documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, handouts, and minutes for risk, safety, and claims review meetings.
  • Support scheduling, communication, and follow-up on action items for department activities.
  • Disseminate reports, updates, and educational materials to staff and leadership.
  • Assist in monitoring product recalls.
  • Provide clerical support for regulatory submissions.
  • Support the Patient Safety Program by maintaining records for rounds, root cause analyses, and staff education sessions.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate’s degree is preferred.
