Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in data science, preferably within loyalty marketing, customer analytics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with predictive modeling, clustering, and segmentation techniques. Experience applying techniques to Next-Best-Offer models and personalization a plus.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
