Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and selection, with industry experience open.
  • Experience using software and search tools to find a pool of candidates.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate communication with dozens of applicants across several positions and guide them through the hiring process.
Responsibilities
  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and proactive staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent, with a primary emphasis on provider recruiting.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Human Resources to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Source and attract candidates using databases and social media.
  • Work with Regional Directors and outsourced sales and marketing resources to identify the company’s recruiting needs.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees.

Senior PsychCare delivers behavioral health services to residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychological and neuropsychological testing, and therapy through a multidisciplinary team. It works through a collaborative care model that integrates psychiatry and psychology with the facility’s primary care team, with regular weekly on-site visits and 99% of care delivered in person. The company combines in-facility, team-based care with telemedicine via a virtual network and its proprietary Senior Access Machine (SAM) to ensure continuity and coordination among care providers. Its goal is to improve seniors’ quality of life and cognitive functioning while reducing hospitalizations and supporting facility staff and families.
