Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales positioning activities, including capture planning, ensuring client insights are fully onboarded
  • Initiate and provide compliance with all stages of the bid management lifecycle process
  • Lead/facilitate key bid activities including answer planning, writing, collation, and review during bid programmes
  • Working with technical owners to ensure usable content is created and where necessary, taking ownership for creating usable content
  • Lead on lessons learned and evaluation post bid
  • Guide bid teams in creating commercial submissions
  • Ensure internal governance process, review and commercial sign-off is completed
  • Manage onboarding of our Supply Chain
  • Maintain and update bidding materials, templates and guidance, applying continuous improvements and lessons learnt
  • Perform market and sales analysis making recommendations for future pursuits
