  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or other applicable business experience
  • 8+ years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with state and federal pricing, reporting, and rebate programs
  • Experience in working in a mandated deadline environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High accuracy rate and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of advanced Excel techniques
  • Experience in and ability to learn standard industry systems environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks across functional areas
  • Experience achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules and procedures
Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing client relationships
  • Review and approve all client billings
  • Calculate and file appropriate prices for federal drug programs
  • Handle complex Government Pricing concepts such as bundles, discount reallocation, pro-ration, and smoothing
  • Lead, review, and approve price calculation reporting with clients
  • Oversee the analysis and review of monthly and quarterly source data reconciliation and sales data
  • Responsible for maintaining valid customer Class of Trades assignments
  • Ensure that 340B/PHS prices are calculated and maintained per federal regulation
  • Lead client price calculation and/or restatement efforts
  • Lead, manage, mentor, and develop government program Analysts
  • Stay current and provide business guidance related to the life science’s Commercial and/or regulatory landscape
  • Build detailed subject matter expertise and thought leadership in government program regulations
