Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
- 2 years in sales, sales enablement, or marketing roles, ideally with a SaaS tech company
- Ability to create presentations and other sales support assets
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts into clear and meaningful outputs for all levels
- Become a Subject Matter Expert for all Rhombus products and services
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce & Apollo
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to uncover business needs, design training solutions to address these needs, launch and measure the success of those solutions
- Support product and service launches by helping the team better understand both current and new Rhombus offerings
- Assist in ongoing training programs for sales reps based on enablement initiatives through a variety of mediums (i.e. classroom, virtual, tech talks, coaching, onsite support, etc.)
- Facilitate new hire onboarding programs that decrease ramp time of incoming reps and partner with onboarding program managers and IT/HR to ensure needs are met
- Deliver sales presentations and training to sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate
- Ensure ongoing use and maintenance of tools by leadership and sales teams (Apollo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Build out and coordinates the delivery of sales training assets and documentation
