  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One (1) year of administrative or clerical experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational, educational, and administrative components of an ACGME-accredited residency program under the guidance of the Administrative Director and in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Serve as a foundational learning period in the first year to become familiar with the inner workings of the residency program, institutional policies, accreditation standards, and the tools used to support graduate medical education.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, support resident wellness, manage the program logistics, and promote an efficient learning environment for trainees.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Basic understanding of Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education functions and residency program operations
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or academic setting
  • Familiarity with residency management systems (e.g., MedHub, New Innovations)
  • Understanding of Electronic Residency Application Service, FREIDA, or other Association of American Medical Colleges Graduate Medical Education services
  • Exposure to GME accreditation or compliance processes
  • Certified Training Administrator of Graduate Medical Education (CTAGME) certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
