Requirements
  • You have a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA accredited law school and are licensed to practice in at least one state.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience and experience drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of different commercial agreements including but not limited to, confidentiality agreements, business associate agreements, health plan contracts, and vendor services agreements.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing cross-functional projects and business priorities.
  • The ability to establish a rapport and working relationship with business leaders is paramount.
  • You have meticulous attention to detail and strong project management and organizational skills.
  • You are passionate about maternal and child health.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver legal support by drafting and reviewing key commercial and vendor agreements, to support business growth in collaboration with the Head of Legal and business leaders across the organization.
  • Support partnerships efforts by drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on revenue-generating agreements.
  • Provide support in procurement by reviewing vendor services agreements.
