Who we are looking for.

• You are a skilled and passionate product designer with up to 3 years of professional experience, tackling User Experience and User Interface
• You are a strong facilitator and presenter, with the ability to present design decisions clearly and push to make improvements
• You know how to provide constructive feedback to designers, developers and other stakeholders both internal and external
• You solve design problems autonomously and communicate your process, decisions and results
• You are an expert in Figma
• You bring a deep understanding of digital trends to the company and have experience with web & mobile applications
• You have excellent communication skills in English

What you will do.

• You plan, conduct and execute user interviews and usability testing
• You create and improve the User Experience of heycar Germany’s growth products, such as voucher campaigns and special offers
• You promote and facilitate the creation of innovative solutions to customer pain points
• You conduct solution orientated workshops and design sprints
• You create low-, mid- and high-fidelity prototypes
• You provide simple, clean and intuitive designs
• You constantly interact with developers and product stakeholders, but also our marketing team in an agile environment
• You are a pro-active member of the global product design team, share your knowledge and offer constructive feedback at design reviews
