Responsibilities
  • Coordination of Organizational Accomplishments across all Domains
  • Develop and Manage a framework for all communication channels to be used for Client engagement
  • Interface to ESPA and other centralized Business Channels used for communications
  • Works with stakeholders to provide client and management reporting (e.g. Seamless, CitiSFT Metrics, Level 1 Regulatory issue)
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure appropriate Marketing and usage of our capabilities
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver Client Communications, Attestations and Call-to-Action Campaigns
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and manage client Open Forums as needed
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and manage standing Service Delivery Forums, where need/priority exists
  • Manage communication channels and drive Client Relationship management, where need/priority exists or across FCA products
  • Work with internal SDC team, Liaisons and stakeholders to improve and provide productivity capabilities to improve team efficiency and efficacy
  • Inventory and manage all IAM owned products to N-2 at most and drive down extended support needs
  • Works with engineering and operations to ensure budget planning is commensurate to plans to remove and reduce extended support spend
  • Build roadmap framework that will allow all our products to have clear roadmaps for internal and client consumption
  • Work with Engineering and Architecture to maintain roadmaps and coordinate with SMEs to drive decisions towards a more mature ESA model
  • Work with engineering to drive engineering excellence principles into their BAU framework
  • Works with BAO/Third Party Engagement to ensure engineering has plans to address high risk third parties with minimally effective exit strategies or those with high risk issues/RE's
  • Work with Embedded Controls Guild to identify highest areas of risk that should be a focus from engineering to drive down risk
  • Present EOVS plans on the domain reviews to ensure transparency on EOVS risk within the domain
  • Identify, document and present investment needs based on EOVS/Product Risks that need management attention
  • Business activity owner for the IAM Third Party Estate
  • Primary contact for engineering, architecture and ops when looking for vendor engagement, NDAs and establishing new partnerships
  • Oversee, track and manage all Third Party Risk BAO Tasks across IAM
  • Works with IBRL and Centralized TPU teams to manage the day-to-day and influence direction of the BAO requirements
  • Works with Embedded Controls Guild and Centralized Risk team to open controls issues related to Third Party Risks
  • Develop and present Third Party Risk management summaries and heat maps to ensure transparency on Third Party risk posture within the domain
  • Develops and manage framework that ensures effective vendor relationship management is maintained and exercised between Vendor, Engineering and Operational Teams
  • Review and manage Exit Strategies across all suppliers and ensure those strategies are maintained and communicated with Architecture, Engineering and Operations
  • Coordinate with technology owners/engineers on technology risks (e.g. VA, GEM, Blackduck and Vulnerabilities) to ensure end-to-end management of those issues across Engineering, Operations and our Embedded Control Guild
  • Identify, document and present investment needs based on Third Party Risks that need management attention
  • Coordinate our monthly book of work updates/domain review with PMO and domain stakeholders and manage continual service improvements
  • Develop and maintain framework that governs the oversight of the book of work, regular updates and flag for management attention
  • Organize and help manage high priority non-projects that are not managed by the PMO
  • Act as secondary support or backfill for PMO when PM resources are not available to provide support to a high priority effort
  • Coordinate with centralize Infrastructure and Planning functions and manage continual service improvements
  • Identify, document and present investment needs based on Operational Risks that need management attention
