Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition
  • Highly driven, focused and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievement
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as a member of a team with flexibility to adapt and manage change effective in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to manage and report on opportunities throughout the various stages within the sales pipeline. Salesforce expertise a plus

Responsibilities
  • Fulfill the role of trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions through the development of strong, positive relationships with clients
  • Ability to prospect, qualify, and process leads from various lead generation sources
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives
  • Grow the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities and close cross-sell opportunities
  • Effectively and powerfully communicate the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process to ensure the majority convert to customers
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning and forecasting
  • This role is intended for a developing professional with limited experience
  • Complete required D&B certifications
  • Additional duties as assigned

AI slashes tasks from 6 hours to 40 minutes — but bosses expect more output, not early dismissals

Companies are quietly capturing massive productivity gains from AI but aren't reducing employee workloads, according to Google Cloud's Yasmeen Ahmad. Tasks that once took six hours now take under an hour, yet executives are using these efficiencies to demand more output rather than shorter workdays. Energy company AES reduced a 14-day auditing process to one hour, whilst Dun & Bradstreet compressed hours of number-crunching into minutes. Google itself now has AI writing 50% of its code, delivering over 10% velocity gains. KPMG reported a 75% reduction in meeting preparation time. However, McKinsey research suggests 60% of customer operations tasks are "potentially addressable" by AI, raising workforce concerns. Harvard Business Review studies found AI-enabled workers report feeling busier and more stretched, with constant AI supervision causing "AI brain fry". Dun & Bradstreet and FedEx Dataworks have launched a strategic collaboration to create data and analytics solutions combining shipping intelligence with business data.
