  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection, validation, and maintenance for FP&A activities.
  • Regularly review, refine and improve upon data processes and tools to increase quality, reliability and reduce time of report preparation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare analyses and materials to effectively communicate business performance and trends to leadership teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning and reporting processes
  • Support annual and long-range budgeting, forecasting and month-end close reporting processes
  • Support the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed
  • Support and oversee special projects and initiatives as necessary; drive innovation in processes, systems, and reporting to improve global insights
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA, CPA or CMA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced functions like pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs
  • Exceptional spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into an easily understood format and narrative
  • Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
  • Detail oriented and organized self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Team-player with the ability to handle simultaneous projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
