About this role
We’re hiring a Director of Integrated Campaigns to lead our growing campaigns team and own the integrated marketing strategy of our global business—across D2C and B2B. As a key leader on our team you will craft and orchestrate a demand-generating integrated campaign strategy that aligns with Udemy’s objectives. We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this role is critical to ensuring we continue to scale our integrated marketing efforts.
As a people manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring your team thrives and succeeds by supporting and developing them in their own roles. By applying deep knowledge of the business and market insights, this person will also inspire a cross-functional team of contributors and stakeholders to deliver experiences that elevate the Udemy brand in relevant ways through paid, earned, and owned activations. Success in this role looks like leading and empowering your team to hit global pipeline targets with targeted campaigns that deliver the right message to the right persona at the right time and on the right channel.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Campaigns & Digital.
What you’ll be doing
- You will lead with vision and influence—sitting at the center of the marketing organization’s global activations for B2B and D2C audiences; responsible for strategy & planning, including goal-setting, annual and quarterly campaign planning, resourcing and ensuring execution against OKRs.
- Empower and support your team as they execute their global integrated campaign plans.
- Ensure stakeholders and contributing teams engagement—driving alignment across our campaigns—you’ll be responsible for cascading communications out to our business partners. You should thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced matrix environment.
- Drive creative and messaging strategy for global campaign activations
- Create and manage your team’s budget, and ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, within budget and deadline and aligned with business objectives.
- You will be empowered to drive a significant operation—working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across the organization including others in GTM Strategy, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Paid Performance, Sales & CS, and Operations.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Data Science on measurement and provide analysis and reporting of each campaign run by your team, including interpretation, commentary and recommendations.
What you’ll have
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation and/or integrated campaign management in a global environment with increasing leadership responsibilities
- 6+ years of paid advertising strategy, product marketing and/or content/thought leadership strategy.
- A proven track record of setting & hitting Pipeline, ARR and/or GMV targets, building out high performing teams, and communicating effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional sales, customer success and marketing stakeholders.
- Expertise, confidence, and poise when interacting with executives—both internal and external.
- A track record of planning and launching winning marketing campaigns globally in fast-growing organizations across geo and language.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate a team of direct reports and contributors at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
- A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others—servant leadership is at the heart of your approach to managing others.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits, equity and a bonus.
