Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire top-quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying talent needs, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Provide a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and assessments.
- Negotiate job offers and finalize the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Proficient with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
