Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC Industry
  • Industry-specific certification, including but not limited to PMP & AECPMA, DBIA
  • Demonstrated Senior Project Management success managing single large projects or a portfolio of smaller projects.
  • Advanced understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in design and construction.
  • Manages design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget conscious, and complete documents on schedule.
  • Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing integrated teams including subcontractors.
  • Understanding of integrated project delivery including design, procurement, CQV, and construction processes.
  • Proficient in typical software tools (Microsoft Suite), Safety, Scheduling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Monitor team health. Intervene as needed. Includes internal team, external partners, and client.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects. (Chartering, Safety, Design, Pre-Construction, Permitting, Construction, Document Control, Procurement, C&Q, Automation, Consulting), and through the warranty period
  • Ensure the CRB Team understands and maintains Standard of Care throughout the project.
  • Assure client and CRB policies and procedures are followed, as well as all applicable laws.
  • Ensure all required management tools, systems, and best practices are set up and utilized.
  • Ensure all KPI's met: Safety, Pre-Planning, Execution, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Schedule, Profitability, etc.
  • Provide input to build strategies, logistics, and sequencing. Coordinate with A/E to ensure proper flow of required packages.
  • Lead the CRB team and the owner through Business Case Alignment and Chartering Phases
  • Lead PEP Development
  • Partners with preconstruction group to plan the project for success (e.g., constructability, procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting and costing).
  • Ensure all pertinent logistics are incorporated into the phasing, design, and construction plans.
  • Develops, manages, and maintains schedules and timelines.
  • Constructability / Planning options
  • Accountable for monthly financial / schedule reports for all assigned projects
  • Monitor and approve costs / Cost forecasting input / authorize expenses/workflows (in accordance with CRB Signing Limits)
  • Develops, monitors, tracks, and negotiates project costs to ensure projects are successful and profitable.
  • Ensure all the work done during pre-con carries over seamlessly into the field.
  • Ensure all pre-mobilization activities are completed including PEP, BEP, site requirements, permitting, etc.
  • Lead team to create a coordinated procurement plan including LLE, Trade Partners and Subcontractors, enabling work, etc.
  • Encourage the team to develop ETOP early in the project to ensure timely delivery upon project completion, i.e., plan the closeout at the beginning, not at the end.
  • Lead estimate development and facilities reviews and input. Control scope creep / “nice to haves.”
  • Spot-check quality documents, field reports, and logs for completeness and accuracy.
  • Participate in site Safety walks and ensure the project team is using appropriate tracking software. Establish rapport with client\'s site safety reps and include them in on-site safety walks.
  • Develops a project-specific, quality management plan, monitors work sites, and identifies and addresses concerns or issues that do not meet quality standards. Completes quality work documentation and forms to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Participate in Pull Planning sessions, internally and externally, creating clarity and common understanding.
  • Creates and validates financial forecasts of costs for upcoming activities and projects.
  • Ensures the financial interests of the company are protected while maintaining positive client relationships
